Description
The Dupla Duresin N nitrate resin is a regenerable nitrate resin for the complete demineralisation of tap water and suitable for use with osmosis systems. It binds residual nitrates in the permeate (pure water of the reverse osmosis system). 1,000 ml can bind up to 60,000 mg nitrate. Too high a nitrate content in the water often leads to annoying algae problems. Duresin SI is suitable for use with empty filter housings that can be connected behind the osmosis system. Dupla Duresin N works best in the aquarium when it is inserted into the filter system in a mesh bag.
