Returns From Austria

Please contact our Customer Service team letting them know that you would like to make a return. Include which products you would like to return, your order number, and your reason for the return in your email. Please complete the following form here for the return consignment. A return shipping label is generated and sent to you via email, including information as to how to proceed further. The return is free of charge.

Please place a copy of the Returns Policy form or a note with your details (name, address, order number) and reason of return in the package being returned.

Please note the following when making a return:

  • Request a shipment receipt for safekeeping until the return has been refunded or a replacement shipment dispatched.
  • The return is processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends) after the receipt of shipment.
  • The goods should be securely and safely packaged to avoid any possible transport damage.
  • Returns containing electronic devices must be housed in their original packaging to reduce the risk of transport damage!
  • The customer bears the cost of goods that are being returned to our warehouse via a forwarding company.

Products Eligible for Return

You can return the received merchandise within 14 days. In addition, we will give you an extra 16 days to return the merchandise. Thus, you have a total of 30 days to return your goods to our warehouse.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having any traces of being used or opened. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in order to prevent any transport damage from occurring.

Please state the reason for returning the merchandise ( return form ) and include your name, address and order number.

Return Refunds

As soon as your return parcel reaches our warehouse - as long as it arrives within the 30-day return period - we will refund your payment. Alternatively, we'd be happy to issue a store voucher for the payment in question.

Your money will be returned using the same method of payment that you placed your order with:

  • Cash in Advance: Bank transfer - Please provide us with your banking details (IBAN and BIC codes) so that we can refund your payment to your bank account.
  • PayPal: your refund will be transferred to your PayPal account.
  • Sofort Transfer: Bank transfer - Please ensure that we are provided with your banking details (IBAN and BIC codes) so that we can refund your payment to your bank account.
  • Credit Card: your refund will be transferred to your credit card.
  • Klarna: The credited amount will be transferred directly by Klarna to your Klarna account.
  • Cash on Delivery: The refund will be via bank transfer. Please provide us with your banking details (IBAN and BIC codes) so that we place your refund.
  • iDeal - Your refund will be made to your iDeal account.

Refunds typically arrive in your account within a few days after they've been made. Please contact us if you have any further questions!
