This reef ceramic by Arka is handmade in Germany. Each piece is unique and made using only the highest quality and 100% natural raw materials. The non-toxic reef ceramic contains no artificial additives, making it completely safe for reef aquariums.

The highly porous surface of the reef ceramic provides an ideal surface for colonisation by beneficial bacteria which break down nutrients and thus create a natural and healthy aquatic biotope.

Note: This reef ceramic can be placed in aquarium water immediately. A minimal release of silicate is possible but this is very easy to tackle - see the instructions below.
