Dennerle Scaper's Flow Hang-on Filter, Black

The Scaper's Flow Hang-on Filter, Black is a quiet and energy-saving external hang-on filter that ensures clean, healthy aquarium water thanks to the closed water circuit.

The filter medium is included and consists of the following:

• pre-filter sponge
• High-performance bio filter material
• Fine filter pad

The newly developed Lily Pipe ensures maximum flexibility. It can be swiveled 180° for optimal water flow and its height can be adjusted up to 10 mm to adapt to the water level. Plus, it can be placed in two positions:

Daytime position:
The filter hangs lower such that the Lily Pipe outlet is completely submerged. The fanned-out shape of the Lily Pipe creates a gentle, natural and plant-friendly water flow which supports moderate gas exchange. This prevents an excessive loss of CO₂ that plants require.

Night position:
The filter hangs is hung higher such that Lily Pipe outlet is not completely submerged. The resulting small whirlpool created on the water surface prevents scum and supplies additional oxygen to the aquarium.

It features an easy clean system - its compact design allows the Scapers Flow to be taken aprt completely so that it can be easily cleaned.
