Dupla Cube Skimmer

Outstanding performance and sophisticated technology - this is the best way to characterise the effective protein skimmers of the Dupla Cube Skimmer series! They all work according to the counter -current principle: water and air flow counter-currently, creating an extremely fine-bubble water-air mixture, which maximises the skimmer's performance . The high flotate formation is also remarkable and is extremely supported by the conical design.

An adjusting screw enables even fine regulation of the water level in the skimmer chamber, which means that the levels can be optimally matched to the filter tank or sump.

Brushless technology : Thanks to brushless, 6-pole synchronous motors , you can gradually regulate the skimmer pumps electronically on the Cube Skimmer CS500 / 900 / 1,500 and always adapt them to the current situation in the aquarium. They run extremely quietly. High-quality ceramic axles and bearings increase the service life of the pumps and motors, while at the same time preventing the serious formation of rust caused by salt water.

Note: Cube Skimmers are NOT suitable for external connection to filter tanks or sumps! They must be placed directly in the filter basin or sump.
