The UV-C replacement lamp is used for replacement in UV-C water clarifiers.
If your pond or aquarium water turns greenish or whitish, microorganisms, algae, bacteria or viruses are often at work. You can reduce the number of bacteria with a UV-C clarifier because the UV-C light has a disinfecting effect on the water. Cloudiness disappears very quickly, and unpleasant smells will soon be a thing of the past. You should replace the UV-C lamp at least once a year because it also loses its luminosity and therefore its effectiveness.
