Söll PondFit, 500 g

TeichFit® from Söll is a basic care product for garden ponds with animals. It improves or maintains the water quality - to the delight of the entire flora and fauna of a habitat! Thanks to natural ingredients, which are also naturally present in water, TeichFit does not attack pumps or pipes and remains completely harmless to humans and animals. In return, the ecological balance is stabilised and strengthened in no time at all, and the lifespan of fish and co. is increased. All advantages at a glance:

Application: The manufacturer recommends use as permanent care from the start of the pond season, but at least three times a year! The product should also be used especially when algae bloom appears, when the KH value is below 5 °dH or after heavy rainfall or when melt water enters the pond. IMPORTANT: Scatter the granulate evenly in the pond, never dissolve or mix it beforehand! Filter systems can remain in operation.

Dosage: Please allow 100 grams of TeichFit per 1,000 litres of pond water. The product cannot be overdosed! The 250 gram pack is sufficient for 2,500 litres volume, the 500 gram pack for 5,000 litres.

Special notes

a) Limiting effect - if there are permanent acid or alkaline sources in the pond, for example certain types of cement or concrete, the effect of TeichFit wears off more quickly. Regular re-dosing is necessary. Even after a water change, TeichFit is no longer present and must be reintroduced.

b) Interaction with other products - Please use TeichFit one day before applying algaecides. The other products of the Söll pond care programme can be used simultaneously with TeichFit. Should a persistent turbidity or colouration set in after use together with pond conditioners containing peat or humic substances, active oxygen will usually quickly eliminate the problem.
