Dennerle Plants Ludwigia arcuata CUP

Ludwigia arcuata has delicate narrow leaves that are green to orange-red in colour and displays a bushy, upright growth habit full of natural elegance. The stem plant looks great in the midground and foreground and is also suitable for bonsai aquariums. In a warm environment and with bright light, it responds with lush, robust growth. Iron fertilisation intensifies the formation of reddish shoot tips. It can be trained to grow as a creeper in terrariums and develops large, yellow flowers under lots of light.

• Optimal temperature: 18 to 26 °C
• Water values: very soft to medium
• pH value: 5 to 8
• CO₂ and nutrient addition: responds well, iron fertilisation required
• Propagation: cuttings of tips and side shoots

Note: The plants are grown in-vitro in sterile conditions in a laboratory. They are therefore also suitable for sensitive animals such as dwarf shrimps and can be used immediately. In-vitro plants do not harbour pests such as snails or parasites. No pesticides are used.
