Dennerle Aqua Dest is a cleaning solution for the professional use of pH electrodes.

Water acidity is mainly determined by the pH value. In order for fish and plants to stay healthy, this must be checked and adjusted regularly. The correct pH value depends, among other things, on the well-kept fish. If it is wrong, it can cause stress and illness. The pH value is best measured with a pH electrode.

pH electrodes are sensitive measuring devices, the results of which can change if bacteria, lime or other contaminants settle on them. Therefore, the electrode should be regularly serviced, cleaned and calibrated. In addition, they should always be stored moist. Aqua Dest is always used after each calibration process before the electrode is placed in another liquid. A wrong measurement result is therefore excluded. Aqua Dest can also be used to clean water test utensils.
