The front side of the terrarium has a high front window which allows you to place high layers of substrate on the floor. A deep substrate layer stimulates the natural digging behaviour of terrarium dwellers. The high front window and the waterproof floor also allow the terrarium to be filled with water - even below the holes for ventilation! Thus you can create desert as well as rainforest landscapes. The raised base frame of the terrarium enables the installation of heat cables and substrate heaters to create warm and cool spots, thus ensuring ideal temperatures in the terrarium.

The terrarium features two separate front doors which can be independently opened. The sturdy doors give you easier access for feeding or cleaning while ensuring that your terrarium dwellers do not escape. A safety lock prevents the doors from being accidentally opened. Holes for ventilation are included under the front doors which keeps the terrarium well-ventilated and prevents the accumulation of condensation on the glass. The fine-meshed stainless steel cover ensures optimal airflow and lets in essential UV rays as well. The dual ventilation ensures a balanced exchange of heat and air allowing heat retention in desert terrariums and optimal humidity levels in tropical terrariums. The mesh cover is very easy to remove for cleaning purposes and can be firmly reattached after cleaning with four latches. There are 5 resealable inlets for cables and hoses on the cover to prevent a tangled mess of cables & tubing while also preventing smaller reptiles or insects from escaping.
