The JBL AutoFood is a practical automatic feeder for the automatic feeding of aquarium fish and can be filled with all granules up to 3 mm.
The JBL AutoFood is programmed according to the very detailed operating instructions before first use. Depending on the area of application, the automatic feeder can either be attached to the aquarium with suction cups or a stable clamp. To do this, either the two brackets with the suction cups or the clamp bracket will be pushed onto the holding rail. A sufficient distance between the two suction cup holders should be ensured to ensure a stable stand.
JBL AutoFood is fastened in such a way that water cannot splash onto the feed outlet and the electronics are protected against moisture. The feed is filled into the feed chamber; a sealed JBL food container can also be screwed onto the opening of the JBL AutoFood. If some pressure is applied, the can's seal is automatically cut open. The sealing film is cut open so far that the feed falls out. However, the film still hangs on the can and does not get into the dosing screw. Optionally, the air connection on the motor housing can be connected to an aerator pump. This way the feed always stays dry. Manual feeding should be carried out for the test. The auger channel takes a few revolutions before it is filled with feed. This is followed by an even feed distribution.
JBL provides the JBL AutoFood with an extended 3-year guarantee against assembly and material defects.
