Tropica Microsorum pteropus 'Trident'

Microsorum pteropus 'Trident' or Trident Java fern is a popular decorative plant for nano aquariums. Thanks to its narrow leaves and low growth rate, this Southeast Asian fern decorates mid- and backgrounds wonderfully. In addition, the graceful appearance is easy to cultivate on root wood or stones, so it is an ideal occupation for near-natural jungle scenarios. The water fern is easy to care for and does not make any demands on light intensity. Beginners and old hands alike will have little work and much pleasure with arrangements of this small Java fern.

Java ferns are relatively easy to cultivate and propagate. When planting, make sure not to cover the horizontal stem with substrate: Small new plants often form at the tips of the leaves, which can be carefully removed and planted out.
