Aquael Moonlight LED Blue

The MOONLIGHT LED from Aquael is a nocturnal aquarium lighting. It has the shape of a small round module equipped with four blue LED diodes with a total output of only 1 watt. It can be installed both under and outside the water. The installation of the lighting is made easier by the double suspension system consisting of a strong suction cup and a magnetic hanger.

The lighting can be safely submerged in water (both fresh and saltwater) as it complies with the IPX8 standard for water resistance and is therefore completely protected from water. The 5-volt technology in which the device is manufactured guarantees absolute safety both for the animals living in the aquarium and for their owners. The powerful blue light of the MOONLIGHT LED illuminates the inside of the aquarium perfectly and mimics the natural moonlight. It ensures perfect feeding conditions for nocturnal animals. It has also been shown experimentally that the use of this type of lighting can stimulate the reproduction of so-called “problematic” fish species.

MOONLIGHT LED is also perfect for small marine tanks with corals as actinic lighting. It enhances the fluorescence effect of corals and makes them more attractive. Thanks to the double hanger, the lamp can be mounted practically anywhere, both on the container glass and on the lid or other elements of the aquarium equipment. MOONLIGHT LED can be successfully used for purposes that are not related to the aquarium hobby, for example to illuminate small interiors.
