Esha Water Test Strips

The Esha Aqua Quick Test water test strips are used to quickly and easily determine the most important water values in the aquarium or garden pond such as nitrite, nitrate, carbonate hardness, pH value and total hardness.

Water is shaped by its surroundings and is different everywhere due to various influences. Pure rainwater already absorbs environmental pollutants in the atmosphere. As it seeps into the ground, it becomes groundwater and it changes its chemical composition again, which is why it is important to make tap water suitable for fish with a water treatment agent.

Immerse the test strips in the aquarium and move them in the aquarium for 2-3 seconds. Remove the test strip from the water and hold it level to allow the water to drain. After 60 seconds, compare the values of the test strip with the colour scale on the packaging.

The following values can be determined:

• pH value 6.4 - 8.4 (KH> 3 ° dH)
• KH 0-20 ° dH (0-356 mg / l CaCO3)
