The Hobby linden wood vents are particularly well suited in seawater aquariums and in use with protein skimmers.
There is no life without oxygen, that's especially true in the aquarium. Some circumstances call for additional ventilation, such as medication or even rising summer temperatures, as the water heats up and increases in oxygen demand.
The Hobby Linden wood air vent was made of very matured linden wood, is very durable and very fine. It is ideal for use in saltwater aquariums, but due to its fine particle size, it is mainly used in protein skimmers. The vent can be connected to a 4/6 mm air hose directly on the air pump and supplies the aquarium with very fine oxygen beads.
