Description
The MA9071 Oxygen Electrolyte Solution is a high-quality electrolyte solution specially designed for the Polarographic Probe for O₂. The solution is obtained under controlled temperatures and contains only high-quality chemicals that increase the performance of the probe.
Application:
Open air calibration for MW600 Pro oxygen device :
- Remove the membrane by detaching it from the probe. Dry the diode.
- First connect the probe to the device and then switch on the device. The device should read 0.0. If this is not the case, you can use the screwdriver included to set the display to 0.0 through the access hole on the front of the device.
- Place the O-ring inside the membrane on the studs at the bottom of the threads. Fill the membrane with the MA9071 electrolyte solution up to just before the O-ring. Make sure there are no air bubbles in the membrane - these could cause calibration errors.
- Screw the membrane onto the probe.
- Turn on the meter and hang the probe with the tip pointing down. Wait for the meter reading to stabilise - this process can take from 5 to 15 minutes.
- Press the "Cal" button located on the front of the device. Hold it down and don't let go. Move the screwdriver to the "100%" calibration position. The display should now read 100.
- The calibration is over.
Note: ALWAYS use a fresh oxygen electrolyte solution!
