Milwaukee MC122 Smart Digital pH Controller

Having reliable measuring instruments is absolutely essential if you need to constantly keep an eye on the pH values of nutrient tanks, aquariums and in aquaculture. This pH controller by Milwaukee is a precision instrument that automatically monitors the values and compares them with the preset parameters in order to optimise the CO2 supply. NOTE: A CO2 dosing pump is NOT included!

Note: Milwaukee offers an optimally tuned CO2 dosing pump for this controller: Milwaukee MP810 automatically regulates the correct pressure distribution together with the controller.

Storage:
The pH probe must be kept wet as drying out can clog the port. The manufacturer recommends storing it in a pH probe solution or in pH calibration buffers. Never store in tap water or DI water: the sensitivity of the probe and thus its measuring accuracy will suffer as a result. Milwaukee offers a pH Maintenance Kit for professional cleaning and maintenance. Here are a few tips from the manufacturer:

1. Always store cap with Buffer or Storage Solution MA9015. Never in water.
2. Clean the tester regularly by immersing the device in cleaning solution MA9016.
3. After cleaning and/or storage, calibrate the device BEFORE testing to compensate for changes in the pH sensor.
4. Always stir the tester gently in the sample for a faster result.
