Floating stones or "floating rocks" create a particularly fantastic underwater world: the ultra-light pumice stone floats in the water and creates a floating impression. With a little patience and imagination, "Avatar"-like scenes can be created, as these stones are ideal soil for perching plants and mosses to grow on. Such green buoys are also extremely exciting for animals! Extra plus: The porous structure provides plenty of settlement space for useful bacteria and causes easy filtration.

Note: Be sure to rinse carefully BEFORE placing in the tank! The stones do not release any substances and are neutral to water values. They are NOT suitable for stocking seawater tanks.

To keep these special stones below the water level, they can be anchored to the bottom with transparent nylon threads and suction cups - hidden under substrate and gravel. This way they are elegantly kept completely underwater and can be placed as desired. Please be sure to plant them BEFOREhand! Instead of using the nylon thread to tie them on, perching plants can also be attached to the rock using quick-setting adhesive - e.g. Gel ProHaru Rapid from JBL.
