JBL ArtemioFluid, 50 ml

JBL ArtemioFluid is a liquid food for rearing live food, such as Artemia brine shrimp. It can be used both as a first food and as a staple food. JBL ArtemioFluid consists of ultra-fine phytoplankton, a type of algae that also forms part of the natural diet of Artemia brine shrimp.

Use:
Artemia nauplii are only able to take in food from the third day of life. For this reason, ArtemioFluid should only be given from the third day after hatching.

Shake the bottle vigorously before use to ensure the nutrients are evenly distributed in the solution. Slowly add drops to the rearing container until a very slight greenish cloudiness is visible. To maintain good water quality in the rearing container, only add more once the nauplii have eaten the greenish cloudiness clear.

Note:
To raise Artemia nauplii into fully grown brine shrimp, use at least 10 litres of water. Add around 300 g of salt to this volume, for example, JBL ArtemioSal. Gentle aeration with an air stone creates steady water movement, helping the food stay suspended and remain available to the young brine shrimp for longer.
