JBL Silicone Hose 4 / 6mm 2.5m

The JBL silicone hose 4/6 mm is a high-quality, flexible, semi-transparent hose made of silicone-like material with a diameter of 4/6 mm especially for use with aquatic animals and is suitable for aquariums, ponds and aqua-terrariums.

High quality
The ready-to-use, highly flexible silicone hose from JBL is free of heavy metals or other toxins and extremely durable. It is food-safe and is suitable for various purposes, such as the air supply. However, since air has a different diffusion behavior than CO2, the JBL silicone hose is unsuitable for the CO2 supply, since this can become permeable, which would lead to CO2 losses. JBL offers a special CO2 hose for this.

Tip
Hoses are sometimes unruly, slightly kinked or in an inappropriate shape. If the hose is placed in hot water for 20 minutes, it is then much more flexible and kink-free.
