Tropic Marin BIO-STRONTIUM

Strontium is an alkaline earth metal and an important macro element in seawater which promotes colour diversity in marine organisms.

Tropic Marin Bio-Strontium is a supplement in crystalline form that supplies reef aquariums with strontium and carbon dioxide. The formulation is biologically usable and contains no chelates, phosphates or nitrates.

Ingredients: strontium, calcium and sodium salts, bicarbonate, trace elements.

Application:

Sprinkle the product directly onto the water surface while stirring the water.

Dosage:

A spoonful of Bio-Strontium in 100 L of aquarium water increases the strontium concentration in a reef aquarium by 5 mg/L. For comparison: the concentration in natural seawater is 8 mg/L.

Tip: It is recommended to add 1 measuring spoon of Bio-Strontium in 190 L of aquarium water every two weeks. The dosage can be doubled in aquariums with a large stock of fish.

Note:

Animals and corals should not come into direct contact with the product. Concentrations that are too high can harm them! Measure the levels in the water regularly.
